Payment is due at the time of service, and the amount depends on the service. Please check with the front office before your visit.

Insurance Patients

If your insurance company denies coverage or we do not receive payment 60 days from filing your claim, the amount will become due and payable by you. Insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company and/or your employer and your insurance company.

Although our office will make a good-faith effort to assist you in obtaining your benefits, it is your insurance company’s discretion to pay for our services.

Co-payments & Deductibles Are Due At The Time Of Service

Your Private insurance should cover your wellness visits and vaccinations. But please verify the coverage of vaccines with your insurance before visiting our office. Vaccines are expensive, and if your insurance does not cover them, you will be billed for the vaccine cost.
