We understand sometimes you cannot bring your child. We offer Telemedicine services every day.
You can reach us by phone, text, or Patient portal.
We use eClinical Works EMR, one of the top-rated EMRs available for outpatient services. It makes patient information more accessible, private, and unlikely to be lost.
It offers a Patient Portal, a secure, convenient, and easy-to-use website that gives you around-the-clock access to your health information.
You can leave messages around the clock using the patient portal.
The office is open five days a week from 8 am to 4 pm Mon to Fri except for Wed 8 am-12 pm.
We accommodate same-day sick visits.
Your child may sometimes need specialist care. We have an excellent team who takes no more than 48 hrs to send the paperwork needed for referrals.
We contact specialists personally for complex medical problems.
We have access to Medical records from major hospitals in Louisiana using EPIC EMR, including Ochsner Lafayette General Medical Center, St Martin Hospital, OLOL Women’s and Children’s Hospital, and Children’s Hospital of New Orleans
Our lab is staffed by experienced medical professionals trained to perform tests accurately and efficiently.
We offer many in-house labs for your convenience and quick diagnosis.
We will get back to you the same day if you reach us before 3 pm on a working day.
If you reach us after 3 pm, the Same day return call is not guaranteed, but every effort is made to address your request the same day.
All text message appointment requests received during working hours will be addressed within 1 hour.
